John Gallaway has lived in the Bend/Sunriver area since 1990 when he purchased the Hook, Wine & Cheddar shop in Sunriver. After selling the shop, John went into the Real Estate business with John L. Scott in Sunriver. In 2001, he joined Sunriver Realty in their new Bend office, until he formed Exceptional Real Estate in 2005. John graduated from the Univerisity of Oregon and then spent five years as an officer in the U.S. Navy, which included several tours in Vietnam. After leaving the Navy, he spent 20 years as an executive with Southern Pacific Transportation Co., taking early retirement in 1989. As a principal broker along with John Gallaway, Charles Pearlman brings over 10 years of experience to Exceptional Real Estate. Charles, as a single dad, with a now married 23-year-old daughter Ashley, moved to Sunriver in the spring of 1996. Jeff Lewis and his wife Debbie have lived in Bend since 2000. Prior to moving to Bend from Kansas City, Jeff spent 30 years in a Sales and Marketing career mostly with Hallmark Cards, that moved the family through cities as diverse as Baltimore and Sacramento, Cincinnati and Houston, and Jacksonville, FL and Laguna Niguel, CA. With all the real estate that has been bought and sold in those moves, Jeff knows good real estate service (and bad real estate service) when he sees it.
